Randy started Eagle Physical Therapy in 1995 with the desire to make a difference in this "small" community. As the
community has grown so has Eagle PT. We now have three full time PT's and provide on-site fitness and sports performance services.
Randy was born and raised on a farm in Nyssa, Oregon. He started his college education at Oregon State University and graduated with his Physical Therapy degree from the
University of North Dakota 1992. After working in Bend Oregon for one year and managing a clinic in Caldwell for two years he decided it was time to take his independent and
innovative spirit and fulfill his dream owning his own clinic.
Considering the complexity of the human body combined with a desire to do the most that you can for your patients, the learning never stops. Randy has accumulated hundreds and hundreds of continuing education hours with an emphasis on developing expertise in human movement and function. He completed his board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2002, a fellowship in Applied Function Science through the Gray Institute in 2007 and more recently became certified as a Nike Golf Performance Specialist.
A career in Physical Therapy has led to some incredible experiences; from participating on medical mission teams in Kenya to having the opportunity to work with the US Navy SEALS, but nothing is as rewarding as building meaningful, lasting relationships with literally thousands of people in your own community and helping them achieve their goals and dreams.

Hello, and welcome to my biography. Thank you for coming and enjoy reading about a guy who uses a lot of sarcasm and self-deprecation to get his message across! On the self-deprecation note, I will keep the bald jokes to a minimum as I generally leave that part to my patients.
Once people get to know me, a question pops up a lot that I generally have to answer with this: yes, I did go to school for this. I graduated from Loma Linda University with my Masters in Physical Therapy. As far as I know they gave me the diploma without reservation. Since then I have done a lot of work in manual therapy study and completed a Fellowship of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. With all of that, I still get asked, “How can such a doofus be so good at his job?” I really don’t have an answer for that but I think there is some truth to it.
Outside of the clinic I do have a life, which is a bit shocking to some. I have an awesome wife (I waaay overachieved) and three amazing boys and love them dearly and they seem to love me back. I love my work, but my faith, family and leisure define me. I couldn’t be an Idahoan without stating that I love the outdoors. I do! But I am also unafraid to get in touch with my inner couch potato and watch football. And eat. I like that too. And really, that’s about as deep as it gets, so I hope you enjoyed your “get to know me” journey and hope to see you soon in the clinic. Not that I want you to be injured and have to come see me…
Pauline chose to be a physical therapist after needing physical therapy herself in high school. That experience left a lasting impact on her career choice. She felt that this was her calling and wanted to be a part of this "helping" profession.
She graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Women's Health became an interest during physical therapy school, and a clinical rotation at the Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, solidified this for her. There seemed to be little awareness about these issues that make such an impact on one's life that it inspired her to be part of bringing light and awareness to these issues, so that there may be some hope in finding solutions. She treats patients with orthopedic issues, as well as the pelvic floor in men, women, and children, and other Women's Health diagnoses. She enjoys bowhunting, riding horses, and enjoying the outdoors of Idaho.
Yoga has been a part of Eagle PT led by Jenny since 2011; she has practiced yoga since 2003. What began as her personal time to unwind and stay fit has grown into a desire to share with others the healing, flexibility, strength and calm that can be experienced through a consistent yoga practice at any age. Jenny has completed YogaFit® Teacher Training Level 1 and Senior YogaFit®.
Jenny grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has lived in Idaho since 1992. She loves the Idaho outdoors. Hiking the Boise foothills, waterskiing in Lucky Peak, camping in McCall and snowshoeing/skiing are activities she shares with her husband, Jason and two sons, Jalen and Jaxen.
Kassi was born and raised in Boise. She started doing billing for her mom's physical therapy business in high school. She studied Biology at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and realized how much she loved Boise during her time spent in the midwest. After graduating, she was excited to return home and resume working for her mom and at a local art studio. Kassi joined the staff at Eagle Physical Therapy in 2011 doing insurance billing.
In her spare time, Kassi plays indoor and outdoor soccer and serves on the Southern Idaho Soccer League Board. She also enjoys drawing, painting, quilting, and spending time with family and friends.
Dani is originally from Nebraska, GO BIG RED, and has live here in Idaho since 1988. She will always be a Cornhusker at heart but has fallen in love with Idaho and all it has to offer. She has been married since 2000 and has two beautiful children, Jade and Alexander, who keep her busy with soccer, basketball and everything in between. Dani’s hobby is photography and while most of her pictures these days are of her family and the sports her children are in she really loves taking scenic pictures and can’t wait to be able to travel more so she can indulge and take in the sites. Dani has been referred to as the “John Wooden of Y-ball”, coaching her teams to many more victories than losses. She joined the Eagle Physical Therapy office staff in 2010.
Ali has lived in Idaho for the past 17 years. She absolutely loves it here! Ali likes to stay pretty busy with Snowboarding, hiking, running, swimming, camping, hanging out with her best friends and her amazing little family just having some good ole’ Idahoan fun. Besides having so much fun here in Idaho at EPT, one of her biggest jobs is being a mom making her one of the world’s best super heroes! She has two little boys DJ (David James) and Spencer Craig. They definitely keep her on her toes with the latest info on all the super heroes and villains, booboo’s, “Why’s? and What’s this do?” as well as teaching them how to enjoy Idaho just as their mother does. Ali started in the medical field right after she graduated high school in 2010. She studied Phlebotomy, pharmaceuticals, administrative medical assisting and basic medical assisting resulting in her becoming a Registered Medical Assistant in October of 2012. With all that hard work, she is so blessed to be working with such great people here at Eagle Physical Therapy.
